Train Realistically to Survive Reality

Anzen caters to individuals and organizations who may encounter acts of subversion, terrorism, or criminal opportunity in their environment. We pledge to train our clients to conduct business as usual, yet maintain a state of heightened awareness. Anzen will guarantee you customized training that covers all your security needs which will ensure your satisfaction.

The world is a place where risks are around every corner, and Anzen's trainers will assist our clients no matter thier situation. So, whether you are a nurse that works in a hospital or a corporate traveler who spends time in high risk regions, Anzen's goal is to provide training that builds situtational awareness and response preparedness, which is critical to minimizing risk. Here is just a sampling of Anzen's philosophy:

  • Live an avoidance lifestyle — Do not look for trouble, it is all too easy to find, walk away, and continue your activities or business as usual.
  • Present a "hard target"; people will usually not exercise the effort and move on to an easier target.
  • Proper prior planning prevents most situations. Spending more time preparing prior to a trip can pay off huge when your life is on the line.
  • If violence finds you, do not hold back and become defensive.
  • A defensive mindset sets you up for failure, first mentally, then physically. Put your attacker on the defense and you will walk away with your life.
  • If you must fight, start high on the force continuum ladder and scale down as needed. It is easier to scale down to control the situation than it is to ramp up.
  • If you cannot avoid a physical confrontation, strike first. The person who strikes first usually walks away.
  • The quality of the repetition is what counts, not the number.

Global Stats //

"More than half of the world's kidnappings take place in Latin America, with Mexico alone accounting for roughly 50 percent of the region's total. Kidnappings in Latin America, especially Mexico, tend to be more violent than elsewhere in the world, with ransoms and potential financial gain the big drivers behind these crimes. Traditional kidnappings involve surveillance of the victim and extensive planning and are often carried out with military precision by numerous attackers; during these kidnappings, the victims will either be targeted while driving somewhere or while at a static location such as a house or place of employment." — Latin Business Chronicle (01/02/07)
